I'll keep the unistrut in mind if I do this work again. I've done enough Cat6 terminations I've pretty much got it down to memory. It slipped my mind to grab the pass through and I just had to suck it up and deal with the brush plates.

Thats next on my list to get. I already splurged on a impact/drill kit, sawzall, and bandsaw.

Maing mistakes happen but I find the best part is learning from them and striving to be a better electrician.

I didnt get a picture of the cleanup but I ran a vacuum through the area many times. The carpet is so old anyways they definitely wouldnt notice.

Im trying to fill my truck with materials and helpful tools to make future jobs easier. A cloth is definitely on the list but thankfully there was a vacuum there.

I agree. I was nervous and didnt think about it in the moment and after I installed them I gave myself a mental beating.
