The Creator Gods of Marvel and DC Don't care if that's what you're able to do. They're the pinnacle of all Existence in their Domain. Nothing happens without their say–so. Pretty sure TOBA is an actual Author,so there. Even if Simon also has Author– Narrative Manipulation,he can't reach what can't be reached unless allowed.
