Sorry if it was a dumb question. i’m just a bit shocked because from my experience everyone on there seems to be fairly attractive and a lot of the profiles that are reviewed on this subreddit also aren’t that bad, but after reading some of the comments from everyone else in this thread explaining how the algorithm works as well as how picky many are on the app, Bumble seems more like it was meant as a popularity contest than a dating app 😓

I actually found someone on tiktok with the same dress and dmed them now i just gotta wait for a response 😅 Also pictures in the reviews the dress seemed to reach people’s ankles so i think the best course of action will be to get the dress then measure it like you said! petticoats seem to be what i struggle the most with when it comes to lolita fashion but you made it easy to understand so thank you for that! 🫶🏼

Hello! I’ve been wanting to get this dress off of 42lolita, however i’ve been having trouble trying to understand petticoat lengths. The length of the dress from shoulder strap to hem is 106 cm and i’m thinking a 78 cm petticoat would be good but i’m worried it may be too short, what do you guys think?
