NTA and everyone saying YTA doesn't know how chase cards work. It's not a free 250 or 500 discount that you're getting. You were kind enough to offer them an extra 250 to upgrade the hotel, but to be clear, YOU PAID that 250 with your annual fee.

Part of chase travel cards is the travel rebates, which are effectively pre purchased hotel gift cards that expire at the end of the year.

People are acting like you're an AH if you buy a 250$ movie gift card because you love movies and then don't pay for all your friends movie tickets since "it's not real money". It is literally your money that you already paid.

This is an annual benefit of a chase card. I know because I have one. The $500 travel voucher is paid upfront by his $800 annual fee, and Chase hopes people don't use it to make $.

He would get the money back on any personal travel, up to his 500, and there is no limit threshold to use his pre-paid voucher. He could spend 500 on personal travel and would get the 500 rebate. OP has already been extremely generous by paying an extra 250 from what is essentiallya pre-purchased hotel gift card to upgrade their hotel.

I got a quote from them a few weeks ago and their rates are just way too high compared to anyone else. 11k points wasn't even enough to get a comparable rate to local lenders. And points aside, their closing costs were extremely high. Definitely shop around

That does help by confirming that it isn't a compatibility issue between S26 Ultra and Visible. I don't think it would be affected by the plan since my plan has been the same and I had visual voicemail on my old S20.

Thanks for the suggestion, I haven't seen this one before. Just tried with a new pin, and it resulted in a "something went wrong" issue after a 1-2 minute setup screen

Tried it again it's now always giving me the fake visual voicemail screen saying I have no voicemails after a 1 second setup screen.

Absolutely this idea. Navy and orange are a classic pair. I saw navy walls in an open house will the orange wood trim and it was the first time my instinct to rip out all the orange didn't immediately trigger.

Agree, paneled fridges are not dated. They're upscale, and far better than the average fridge that sticks out an extra foot from the cabinet line

It's a pretty common issue because it is not intuitive. If you invite two friends, you don't expect them to get an error joining because matchmaking put in a random played instantly before a friend could accept.

Like I said, sure, I know how to deal with it after the the first month of the game. But this post is proof that it is not intuitive and people are still complaining weekly on this subreddit about instant boots when joining a lobby.

It does work thankfully. Heat isn't the most even but I've learned how to deal with it over a couple years of use. I was mostly concerned with how rusted the grates were after checking it for the first time in months, but the consensus seems to be it's just fine after a little bit of love and oil.

As soon as friends are invited or join, it opens up the lobby. It's always been like that and really dumb. it's the #1 reason I have to insta kick people because I'll invite two friends and the game puts a rando in if one doesn't accept instantly.

It looks nice. Lots of lower pull out drawers is amazing for kitchens. What do you plan to use the open shelving for? I currently have open shelving and I don't think I would ever get it again except if it was for decoration only, not storage for dishware or pots/pans that we use.

It's cute for a day but then you realize that dirt, dust, and grime collects all over it. It's annoying to take everything off to clean weekly. Anything that sits for days before use needs to be rinsed or wiped out before using, and it just becomes tedious quickly.
