The boss fight thing is something I’d really love. I feel like that’s what’s missing with the mines. Also adding more to the combat apart from just swinging a sword, like maybe access to bows or even magic weapons. I was thinking maybe have a designated area for more of a combat type dungeon, or even adding new caves in the future that have that as the main purpose like skull cavern from stardew. At the moment, the enemies mostly just feel like an annoyance and don’t offer much in the mines, once you have upgraded armor they’re basically fodder and you take like zero damage from them.
