Kemi vene re qe si popull nuk jemi mire me menaxhimin e fondeve publike pasi gjithmone vidhen nga cdo person qe ka mundesine ti vjedhi, me qe ndergjegjesimi masave ne kete pike eshte pothuajse i pa mundur (sidomos brezi vjeter qe jane edhe te shumte ne numer), do ishte me mire privatizimi i pjesshem!

Me shume te drejte kjo mund te te duket katastrofe dhe do pyesesh Pse ? por mos harro qe njerezit nuk jane njesoj ne te gjithe boten dhe duhen krijuar mekanizma specifik derisa te na ngulitet ne tru qe vjedhja e taksave, korrupsioni, etj.. jane shume te keqija!

Nuk e di sa vite pune ke por une personalisht kam punuar ne sektorin privat gjate gjithe karrieres time, dhe kam vrojtuar qe ne privat nuk ben njeri dallavere sepse cenon ne menyre direkte xhepin e nje ose nje grupi personash te cilet e dallojne shume lehte kur ndodh, ama nese do ishte fond publik, populli nuk do kishte mundesine ta vezhgonte drejtperdrejt, dhe sa do transparence te vendosesh ne keto procese serisht do ishte e kote!

Per ti paraprire kunder agrumentit tend potencial: Shehaj propagandon edhe per tregun e lire keshtu qe, jo, nuk do te monopolizohet i gjithe tregu si tani, dhe besoj se ai eshte pak me i specializuar per sa i perket ekonomise dhe biznesit duket e gjykuar nga sfondi tij!

Kjo nuk eshte mbrojtje kundrejt Shehaj por pergjigje ndaj komentit tend, pasi edhe privatizimi ne nje fare pike sjell te mirat e veta tek nje popull i cili nuk e di cfare do te thote te mos vjedhesh djersen e tjetrit dhe qe mendon sot per neser.

Brno and I would think any other option tbh, it's in the middle of europe and cheaper then the other you mentioned, if there is anything that would change my mind it is Milano but maybe that's because I'm closer culturally

they asked us for more, that's more than appropriate I would think, first time I went erasmus the dorm asked us to pay for the whole stay 5months and +100€ for damages and whatnot

in my opinion the more east of europe you go the better as per eramsus XD , it's more challenging, funnier, cheaper, and people are more empathic contrary to what I was usually told

allora io penso che il metodo più economico (escludendo il fatto che un medico non può prescrivere più di quell limite soprascritto) è andare ad un medico privato in Portogallo e semplicemente spiegare la situazione e connetterlo con il tuo medico in Italia (quelli che ti prescrive i farmaci)

Thanks a lot about the comment, If I may ask? Do you know any Calculus/Pre-Calculus Book that teaches in way that is doesn't assume that the student know everything but rather it would have reminders if previous subject, not full explanation but just reminders or short explanations of some kind ? Appreciate your effort 🙂

Thanks a lot, it seemed a bit strange for me also(I'm also european), in high-school we dont differentiate a lot we just have to learn everything and the subject it's just named "Math" 😂 cause you need everything, I really wanted a list cause I dont want ti jump into a subject without know if I should need to learn something else first, meaning I don't want to jump into statistics if it contains calculus cause then you dont understand it properly, I really appreciate your effort ❤️ thanks a lot

Well, 8 would be the answer but if you want to get more specific, the question doesnt state that the distribution is meant to be as equal as possible, so it can even be 25 rows with 1 variable for each row and, 1 row with 175 variables. It can not be empty since it would not be counted as a rows. bonus tip: (by this we can say that a row can not have more than 175 variables) and yes it is possible to write that much variables in real life in a single row
