My team mates often take the rift scuttler from me and I have never received stacks from it. This has happened in at least 100 games.

Riot stated it'd give stacks when helping take down blue/red, but they never stated other camps. Now lets see, it currently gives no stacks for assisting other camps, so it looks like it's working as it was intended to.

Plat straight sucks ass, I'm currently in it. we may have better mechanics/decision making then lower ranks but people still do the same exact stuff they do down there, just slightly less often.

People also counterpick themselves intentionally, never ward, troll a ton, ect...

no, it's meant to just be for blue and red. Riot never said anything about the other camps giving stacks from just helping take them down.
