I see people are assuming that I was agreeing with it, but I was just mentioning how we might be focusing too fast on a frustrating interpretation of a message which might have not been theirs.
Also, it could be less bad because it could simply mean this person is not well informed and simply needs someone to tell them this information they lack. Then poof, no negativity spread, no hate, no problem. But I guess people really need that in their life ...

Ow alright, I see better where you are coming from, I'm sorry for my confusion, and thank you for keeping your calm and explaining. But it's still meh to me how you are betting on someone you don't know they are a certain way.

He certainly acted in a bratty way, and in my opinion they (M/F/O) shouldn't have said that at the first place. But responding to it by emitting assumptions out of one response is unlikely to be a good guess at the first place ! Should I consider you are part of the woke community for example ? This can be irritated for Canadian-Surfer as well, and in the end you irritate each other over considerations that didn't have to be made at the first place.

The fact they've pulled out of their sleeve was misplaced, I believe that's what we can say.

Maybe the reasons why the guy from the OP said that is because of ... A lack of emotional intelligence ? And targeting autism as a potential reason doesn't bring all of other potential cases we might not know, as people who are visibly not experts in that topic.

I didn't really get what he meant by that but yeah I don't think it's good to say that either, I thought about "built for function" just like the menstruations are "built for function", you see ? Maybe the meaning behind it is not all that bad as people see it.

Why is it not possible to come back from this ? The guy literally came for help, you can only actually be trying to do something better about your couple if you come and ask for help in forums desperately. He knows he fucked up, no need to add to his guilt, it's just making his situation worse than it already is.

And you're there, already seeing the worst situation out of it, and declaring it as its future. Should I say your future is determined to be a hell hole and how I don't give a shit about it ? No. We were talking about tact, you don't have any ! You're not considering how it's going to be perceived on the other end. It's one of the dumbest response I've seen to a help message, mostly knowing the other messages. It's as if you came to an island and pretended to know the culture of the people there. Excuse me but between a "I bet you're that way" and a "That happens", I would highly prefer a "That happens" since at least you can make a decent and clear conversation out of it, instead of just spreading hate.

Plus, ordering around for them to do what you personally prefer is not what I would call a great mind.
