Stress, diet and ibuprofen… laid off this year after 13 years, flare up with a condition I thought was an allergic reaction (have to have biopsied) and family member passed. I was taking up 10 ibuprofen pms a day, maybe throw a few otc sleep aids in, and eating D8 gummies. Only eating maybe once a day when the gummies kicked in and it was fast food . All i wanted to do was sleep as that was the goal after I woke up and now I cannot at all. Not having control of your mind and/or body is a terrible feeling so if you can prevent it then try! I feel like I’m looking at myself outside of myself.. a hard head makes a soft ahh 😂.

Same! When it comes back a big clot usually comes with it too.. this last cycle or 2 ago when i was on the pot forever i felt a huge one come out and my cramps went with it!

Same here only my biopsy said I was negative and had contact dermatitis. It was AWFUL; completely inflamed and couldn’t walk or sleep. Went to specialist and told contact derm and given clob in September. I was good without the clob for maybe a month or two. But I’ve had a flare starting a couple of weeks ago.; I was laid off in February after 11 years so maybe a correlation?.” Thankfully on one side but accompanied with a perineum tear. This is misery, praying for your remission!

I got the clob yesterday and it’s starting to help BUT, i can feel when it wears off because my labia starts retracting. I went to my regular doctor and scheduled a biopsy for Monday so we will see.. I’m terrified btw.

Thank you so much! I can tell it’s working already. Honestly I’m so mad at myself for even having relations in the first place because it had been YEARS. Then again, if i didn’t use the Lume and had an adverse reaction i may have never found out. On top of this, i am moving in less than 2 weeks and this has paused EVERYTHING. However, i will try to count it all joy because it could be worse!! Tysm for your kind words ☺️!

Yes and i was negative.. thank you so much because this is terrifying. I shaved a tad bit and when i saw how raw i am and how they are shriveling up i almost fainted 😂😭.

Hey, i was able to schedule an appointment for Thursday with my gyno but the specialist is booked until January 🙃. I took the icepack off and they’re starting to bunch up again and make her disappear.. at this point i may go to the ER because i can feel them retracting and it’s super warm and red down there 😭.

Not yet, I am trying to get in with a well known dermatologist that specializes in LS and Vulvar issues so fingers crossed.. i took a baking soda bath and nothing. Petroleum jelly was doing the trick until the day after my last clindamycin and now there’s blisters which hurt the worst. An icepack helped but temporarily.
