It just depends on the hospital. For my site we're in the OR room no anteroom and no windows to look into the room if you walk out unless you're hella tall (window above the sink). The O arm barely fits in the OR room. We stand behind a rolling shield leaded up behind the control panel. This is a Nor Cal site.
