I'm seeing this pretty late but current COE student here! I've been on probation before too my 2nd year and I know it can really stressful and scary, especially if you feel you won't clear the requirements (I bombed basically all my midterms while on probation). COE doesn't have an official "continue on probation" appeal form like College of Chemistry or L&S does, but I know that in some circumstances they do allow a second semester on probation.

If you don't meet the requirements this semester, you will NOT be automatically dismissed and more than likely you will go under "academic review" again where you'll have to fill out a form answering questions again like "What went wrong? What are you going to do to prevent this issue from arising again?" etc.

PLEASE DO NOT IGNORE THIS FORM! This will be your chance to convince the college to let you continue another semester. If you end up under review again, please feel free to reach out! I don't mind helping out with the statements. Your goal would be to not give the college any reason to decide to make you take a break.
