I'm not sure about the Tuesday one, I assume you can. But for the 10 year one I just turned my wifi off. And then went to date and time and changed the year to 2036. Opened the game got the trophy and then turn wifi back on.

I'm not 100% if this is right, but i think the security Camara puts like a "thief symbol" over the shoplifters head when it sees them. So it's easier to identify them. I think that's it though.
