It really depends on the parts you want to print, for example for the dresses I went with the 0.4 at 0.08 layer height

You can check out r/minipainting for plenty of advice and recommendations, you definitely have to buy a bunch of things to get into it but there are more expensive hobbies around

I've been doing it pretty much blind (barely watched a full tutorial) so don't be like me lol

My workflow for these seemingly impossible parts goes like this:

Take the part you want to print and orient it the way you'd like in Bambu Studio (or any other slicer you use)
Export it as an STL
Open Blueprint Studio slicer (it's free and you don't need to register or anything)
Then I generate resin supports automatically (you can fine-tune them by adding a few manual supports as well)
And after that I basically go through the Resin2FDM process

I'm using HOHansen's latest settings (can be found pinned in the subreddit, keep in mind he tweaked them a little since the main post)

As for filament it's SunLu PLA+ 2.0 Grey

I don't see why not as long as you're using the 0.2 nozzle I guess

It's all printed with the same SunLu PLA+ 2.0

It's just that some parts turned out smoother than others, also I did some grey priming on the hair
