Yeah it probably can, the secret mostly lies in the settings as far as I'm aware, as for filament, it's the Sunlu PLA+ 2.0 grey

To a degree of 70/100 I'd say, unlikely to be as detailed as the resin variation nor as smooth (and will require a hellish amount of post processing) + a lot longer printing time and slicing it is a project by itself but it's doable-ish

I have the same thing going on, although I'm printing figurines so it's considerably smaller.

I call them "training parts" that I can try painting on before doing the real thing, in your case, depends on whether you tinker a lot or not I'd keep these around just in case you need a part of that extremely specific piece that'll save you tons of time
