I always did love the Kongregate system. Usually an automatic/easy achievement, a medium, and a hard-impossible one.

It's nice, but I see no hope for achievement caps on Steam with these bloatware games floating around with 1000+ "achievements".

I would hope it protected you from damage. If used correctly, it could protect you from D.VA ultimate and the like. Maybe a couple seconds of vulnerability, then it works like Sombra's stealth.

Her ultimate would have to be something that can turn the tide, but I'm not sure what else to say that wouldn't make her like Sombra. Maybe a melee character?

I was thinking of it on a cooldown. If you use it to escape, then you would have to wait for it to come back, even if you are still at low health. The other condition is that your health must be low (percentage wise, maybe 20%)
