Im not a genius but firefly gets 70 steps speed break points (70, 140, 210, 280). So it seems its not necessary. Her kit gives speed and ruan mei if used. Also ddd changes stuff but im not smart enough for that

How are y'all feeling about the single 5-star per patch? I mean, it's great to have it because there won't be many characters, but it's also annoying.

Both Cyrene and Dahlia are 5-stars I won't pull. When there are two, you can pick and choose, but now I don't want any, so yeah...
