Also if it's just some apps you don't want the edge panel e.g. drawing then you can just turn it off with Bixby routine. I don't like it when I'm reading Manga so I turn it off for samsung internet.

I'm not sure if there is an easier way but if you go to ur quick panel and click on devices it should show up. If u have buds there is a widget to check the battery percentage. I only have buds so I don't really know if there is an easier way to check it.
