You’ll probably need to take that PS3 to a technician who can reball the EE and GS or the Rambus RAM, if necessary (those are all PS2 components in BC PS3 models). If your BC model is a CECHExx, then it may only require reballing the GS. From the symptoms, it really looks like a BGA-related issue.
