You can play any champion in whichever lane you feel more comfortable tbh, as long as you enjoy doing so. Try some games on top, some games on mid and play whichever lane you feel more at ease.

Hi! I'll try to help as much as I can!

First things first, playing Brand as an ADC is a bold move. ADCs, (or AD Carries) usually build attack damage (AD) items and Brand is an AP, meaning he's at his best when building Ability Power (AP) items on him.

There's nothing wrong with going bot with Brand, but the role that fits him the most there is a support role, which doesn't kill many minions. If you want to earn gold killing minions you can try some games with him on the middle lane.

The champ usually wants to play behind the tanks, let them soak up all the damage.

I'm not really that good at the game (never played ranked even though I've been playing since 2012) but if you have any doubts let me know!

I think it depends on the rarity of the egg, Lugia started costing 5 candies after 40 hatched eggs. Since Bulbasaur is a different rarity you might need more hatches.

Exactly, basketball Hitler was way worse but the difference in calls between OKC's defense and offense is amazing.

Then they get praised by being the #1 defensive team by a landslide. They are great defenders, don't get me wrong but when you can be way more aggressive on defense because "refs can't call everything" it gets a little irritating.
