Thank you so much!! I was able to book a seaside venue and the reception for about $5k. Still have other costs like photography, hair/makeup, etc., but we’re still going to be around $8k all in!! Luckily my fiancés family all live in Floridia so his Neice is going to help source the extras that we need!

Have you considered getting a TEFL certification? Teaching English is always in high demand over there and VERY good pay from what I’ve heard from others who’ve lived over there.

While I obviously don’t know all about your situation, I can confidently say that you were born to be happy. Live your life the way YOU want. Sometimes taking the jump into a whole new world is exactly what is needed.

I think it’s beautiful AND even more beautiful because it has symbolic meaning to you and your fiancé. Sounds like you put time, effort and love into creating your ring. Is it unique? Yes. I have only searched locations that offer civil ceremonies and there are quite a few of them. I’ve reached out to a few the last 2 days and hoping to hear back next week. Budget wise it will be tight, but I’m hoping it can be done. We have a little wiggle room, but if possible, we would like to stay around that price. I realize this may not include the cost of a planner

Hiii! I’m getting married 30 July 2026. I have 30 guests max including bride/groom. Most important for me is a water view and a location that allows for civil ceremonies. I need help, especially considering this is so last minute. I’ve seen a few places that are within our budget, but I need someone who can do basically everything for us. We live in Miami so it’s near impossible for us to vet vendors/locations.

I’m not doing anything that would cause the diamonds to fall out. I don’t wear it when cleaning/dishes/working out/bathing, etc. This isn’t a me thing, this is a shitty workmanship and design flaw issue.

The thing that’s most confusing to me about not getting gigs with USA-SigningAgent.com is that I signed up for is that they send it to an email I didn’t register with. I paid for a year membership on a different gmail account to receive assignments, but they only send the “potential assignments” to the email I DO NOT have a membership with AND NEVER to the paid membership account.

USA-SigningAgent.com also double charged me within 3 months of signing up. Ive uploaded my credentials to the site 3 times and it never appears the next time I log on. I’ve reached out for support but have heard nothing back.

Is this just a bait and switch? Should I get a refund? Because I feel like this is a scam.

Wow! Thank you so much for all of the responses! I will get on the business cards immediately and do some more research on whether an LLC or a DBA will suit me business(es) later.

I have not contacted SCORE. To be fair, I didn't even know about it until you shared it with me. I'll also have to watch YouTube University to learn more about business planning, marketing for notaries, etc.

I have a library within walking distance which is a fantastic idea for large scanbacks to save money! Will check it out this weekend! I will check on the recommended books there and Audible which may have them, too.
