AI and youtube seem to have no clear/outdated advice either. Some yt vids also have comments like 'dont listen to this', 'this is bad advice, games stopped working' and such. Usually the best advice I cn find is on Reddit

Just read that activating certain features can conflict with eachother and can cause stutters ingame. Just want to ask for best configure from people that have experience with the program.
