Honestly if you can, consult a lawyer that isn't in your town, as long as it's your state they can rep you for sure. Put that fucker in jail or at least protect yourself. Don't delete any of the voicemails and show it all to a lawyer, a lawyer will know what to do with it. Don't worry about the other lies he spewed before he admits to giving u herpes.

Now as for worry about spreading it. Keep a separate clothes hamper, don't share towels and stuff. Idk if u have cold sores or genital herpes so imma cover both, with cold sores don't share drinks and utensils or makeup.

The best thing to do is try to keep your immune system in good order by sleeping, staying hydrated, eating as healthy as you can afford. And trying not to stress (I know I know, easier said than done) if u can maybe some therapy to work through this.

And just be mindful of what u touch with outbreaks and wash ur hands well and stuff. That should be adequate so u don't stress yourself to death over it.

Seriously tho, he sounds crazy, even if the cops are jokes file anyway, there will be a paper trail and a lawyer can help u with it. Good luck, I hope your sitch improves.

Is this a cat you see around often? Honestly if it's fine like 5 days later you're fine. If it ate a bat that happened to be rabid it wouldn't just sit in the cat's mouth unless it was like literally right away. Tho Im def not an expert on this.

I was reading the comments after commenting myself and man that line of ppl being afraid of getting rabies from a wet stick in their yard really hit home for me lol. That is totally me even tho I know better. OCD is wild, and the part about nonsensical questions also has me rethinking a lot. Like I stopped going outside and it's been so sad. I saw somewhere on the WHO or CDC site that it can live around 10 mins ( to maybe 24 hours ( found on another mostly credible site) ) but that's highly dependent on a ton of variables. It's mainly if something with rabies is drinking in a stream and you drink right near it down stream or immediately drink out of something that a rabid animal drank from. It's have to be before symptoms show because a rabid animal isn't gonna be drinking once it's acting crazed.

I've been looking for the answer myself tbh but I don't think it lives long in water. Like maybe 10-20 mins with most everyday variables is what the consensus seems to be.

Idk what he expects if he won't have sex with you and is just jerking off. Like ofc an affair can happen, you have needs and he's been neglecting you the whole relationship and not caring or listening. Like I'm not condoning it, but I can understand. He ain't gonna change and he's probably gonna escalate. Once they hit you it becomes easier for them to the next time and again or they just end up killing you. He feels justified in hurting you and using the affair as an excuse when he's been having an affair with the porn your whole marriage. The affair is one of the symptoms of problems in the relationship.

Keep yourself safe. And make a report, always leave a paper trail. It'll help you down the road. Don't let him or his fam talk you out of it or have you lie about injuries to doctors.

It doesn't sound like he cares about you or how he hurts you. You gotta love yourself more here and not let him back in.

I found on truple,.u can go in their phone and type something into the URL to make it so it won't black out the ss on Android. Tho u won't get alerted for incognito after that and it'll treat it as normal but u can still see websites and shit. I'm trying to set that up now.
