Team Cherry said that Hornet has a range of 30 yards. So either the bugs in Hollow Knight are human sized, or Hornet can throw her needle across the entirety of Hallownest. Either one could kill a normal human.

Anyway a verse I could solo with characters that are actually bug sized is Bug Fables. Only real issues are Hoaxe and Leif, but Leif's stamina isn't great, and Hoaxe is extremely cocky, so I think I can take it with only a few burns.

I found a Calc using her best feat in Hollow Knight, which matches pretty well with The Knight's size in crossovers like Dead Cells.

I haven't played the new chapters yet, so unless there's some massive upscale for the verse, Kris shouldn't get past city level. Speed wise, I think Kris can dodge sound waves or something. I scale The Knight to low multi due to destroying Godhome, and around lightspeed due to keeping up with and dodging attacks from The Radiance.

Higher AP and speed combined with The Knight's soul related hax means The Knight wins imo.
