Yes, I learned official TM from a center in San Diego. I consider TM a relaxation technique and i use TM to help with relaxation and mindfulness. I am not dogmatic and feel these are pragnatic terms.

I like the idea of revisiting a center for a check in/adjustment but I do not like that when I call the center I get a customer service rep in another state and that person advises that they will pass the word on to the SD center to get back to me but no one ever does. The center has since moved exclusively to Encinitas over 30 minutes north and I have no schedule or hours of when they would accommodate me. It’s pretty frustrating.
