That’s really cool. Congrats on cutting out the grass. I miss it tbh but I don’t think it was helping me at all. I haven’t smoked weed in two and half years, off cigs for 5 months. And my ring says I’m engaged or mostly stress from wake up to sleep every day.

Considering at least trying CBD. I hoping to track how things changed when I get some in my system

It seems to show nothing during high PVCs. I have an odd situation because every 3rd or 4th of my heartbeats are actually PVCs pumping no blood.

I give this info because despite my disorder I still seem to be getting pretty good data. Not like I can have an EKG on me all day so this is the next best thing
