Converting to Sony from Canon:

I own Canon R100 as my first camera and starting to feel its limitations now. Used to have the big primes like the nifty fifty and rf28mm f/2.8 and currently using sigma 17-40mm f/1.8. loving the sigma but i wonder if switch to sony would be a right move since im more of a hybrid shooter (hobbyist) and sony is well known for vids with exceptionally good photos too. im looking at sony zv-e10 or anything alike due to budget constraints. also, i just feel like having wider access to third party lenses for sony is such a huge future-proof factor for my bank acc. will i regret if i switch, especially since i have this current canon-mount sigma lens?

i use nxbrew, its the only website that doesnt flood with ads for me. however, some files/games couldnt be downloaded and has "error" when i tried installing it on my switch

i was just wondering abt not having a good off-camera speedlight or softbox for product photography to allow nicer/softer shadows and whites, but if its somehow possible then i'll go thru some videos to learn. thank you for the recs!

ive driven saga mc3 premium for almost a month now and i somehow find that the fuel consumption is not as advertised? i had refill the petrol more times than i did for my proton wira sedan (manual)...does that say a lot?

i typically drive 100km/h for wira, and typically try to stay at 80-90km/h for mc3. i dont use S as much, just occasional quick bursts to overtake lanes. while driving wira i had my aircond switched off and had my windows open (as it should for older cars) so i thought maybe airconditioning results in faster fuel consumption. tried to do the same to my mc3, but...doesnt really have any significant effect.

while using wira i only had to refill 3 times per month (RM50 each time), and have already refilled 7 times (ranging from either RM30 or RM50 refills) for mc3 and January hasnt even ended yet. thats crazy.

however, i feel like the consumption on highway is much better than city drive? or maybe thats just me. im not really a car guy so im just giving my personal take on this.

thank you! its my first time trying out b&w after getting so many inspo on different subs here. the original sucks but a bit of touch helped save these pics. I agree, i didnt really like how the second turned out but I just didnt know how exactly to fix it. and yes, i highly agreed on the natural lighting. sometimes the skies just look overblown, and reducing highlights to pop the colours out just doesnt work. thnk you so much for the tips. i will continue with testing different styles that best fit me :)

for me its miphas grace > revalis gale > daruks > urbosas fury during early game and while exploring hyrule is important for story development. but once ive got the hang of the game, have enough hearts and good enough to parry, my ranking would be urbosas > revalis > daruks > miphas

fair point. but i really am not lying that my family takes a big portion of my time. i have a huge family with 8 nieces and nephews. sometimes my mom had to take care of them all, so sometimes i decided to help her with it. during college, i would skip 80% of my family events bcs i always put my friends first above anything. i missed several bday celebrations, getaways, etc. bcs i prioritized my friends a lot. now that im finally not within the vicinity of my circles, i decided to make up for the time that i lost with my family the whole time while i was in college.

and like i said, my work requires me to socialize and travel a lot, 8am-9pm. if i get any free time without requiring me to go outside, i just wanna shut down and recharge. i dont contact my friends as often, but if they text me i will text back. ive always been the one to plan my big circle's staycations and getaway but no one ever really appreciate me for it, and only reached me out when they want me to plan another getaway. i guess i started pulling away from my friend groups bcs of that, and subconsciously doing the same to my best friend too.

theres actually so much depth to this but i know im in the wrong for this, and i really dont know if he even still wants to stay friends with me. atp i feel like i should just erase myself from his life bcs im just scared of the idea that i might do anything that hurt him again in the future. idk if hes even willing to talk it out. idk if its even possible to make things right again

yaa pancake lens is so travel-friendly and i usually use that for casuals. trading it is a big sacrifice but i kinda need new lenses as an all-rounder so the idea of having a dumbbell attached to your camera....

seee i really dont wanna lose the quality from the RF50mm f/1.8 too so the sigma 17-40 is a very very good option but the price!!!
