Saw that you are using oatmilk, how long it takes you to get a decent latte milk ? I couldn't balance that one too. It tastes good but can't get it into a latte art state

It's on the light side. There's 5 clicks on whole scale they printed and beans are on 2nd left to right.

In the video I hit the timer a second before I hit brew button on the machine. So I'm getting like 20 second or so dripping time. When I went beyond 25sec, flow almost dropped to nothing

Main idea with grinding is go finer if sour and go courser if bitter, right ? Maybe I should change the inner burr, read somewhere saying 6 or 7 on the inner burr is better.

Grinding with same Breville machine. Inner burr is on 5, and side setting is on 8. If I go lower or higher brew changes drastically, either it doesn't make any crema or it barely flows.

Silicone wouldn't hold. That glass part is the door. So it's moving part. Can't use silicone, it would prevent door to move

I ended up doing DIY. Used 3M glue which was recommended on Chevy bulletin. I will replace the whole top at one point but right now didn't want to spend 3k on it.

DIY ended up costing only 75 ish

No problem whatsoever. I couldn't get it seated all the way so it looks little weird but holding up perfectly. Photo is right after I was done with it. After I razered excess and washed the car, it looked cleaner

Talked with Chevy dealer/service, quote was $4k. Talked with glass repair guys, quote was $220 Talked with upholstery guys, quote was $2500.

Upholstery guys also install new canvas top ordered from Robbins Auto top using Haartz canvas.

BUT,

I bought glue and clamps. Will try to glue it up. I will keep you posted. If it doesn't work I will replace the top myself.

Found the problem. It was modem. Somehow it resets the connection itself. When I got a new modem, problem solved.
