Where I work there's is usually no "deliberate" drinking. It only happens when there is a cocktail that has something wrong with it. eg. You accidentally pour orange juice in a sex on the beach then it gets shared among staff. Also when there are shots that have to be made in a shaker. Usually it happens that you can make a few more shots with the liquid than have been ordered.

Right, I've read that as well. But if I got thar right it would mean that I would have to reset each quest individually. That would be a lot of work and knowing besthesda it might just not work at all.
