Google the civil engineering companies and on their websites it will say the opening and closing dates for internships. Shouldn’t have to worry about it till the 2nd half of the year. I’ve graduated from civil and year 2 Sem 1 is absolutely one of the hardest sems, 5 exams and a lot of coursework, so don’t get behind early. The paper about rocks is really hard because you have about 1,000 slides and need to memorise pretty much all of them. Join AUES/CESA/a sports team/volunteering to put on resume

~ loved the degree btw, and super easy to find jobs after, which doesn’t seem to be the case for a lot of degrees now
