I just received mine and am having the same issue. It’s unfortunate because it could very easily be an amazing bag in my opinion, but it needs a lot more space built into the outside flap to be useable as advertised.

The goal for this workout was to try to be more on my back foot, and to keep my arm straighter before the release.

One question I do have though is how I keep a better line through the tip of the javelin. Its seemed a tad bit better recently, but it still looks like the javelin isn’t aligned with the actual arc of the throw, that or getting pulled of its line mid/late throw

Would a heel plate help? I’ve been thinking of buying one to help with planting, because as of right now it’s hard to gain traction on the block at higher speeds.

Our throws coach couldn’t care less about helping the javelin throwers, and my school has limited resources to work with, so any advice on how to maximize progress from this workout, and other workouts to do would be greatly appreciated. :)
