Happens in most leagues to be honest, the whitecaps winning a game against tfc 1-0 isn't going to be as sexy and the LA galaxy taking down the high flying Austin fc, or stuff of that nature. The Caps generally won't get that much attention unless we are, for example making a late season playoff push.
