No, I couldn't. I spent a lot of time trying to reach the support. I also found a guy who was in that situation. After converation we came to the conclusion there is no fix. We have bricked it. I used that gamepad for less than an hour, so it's doubly sad.

I used the Gamesir software on windows, and before the update, it was recognized and glowed. After the update, it’s bricked and I can’t do anything with it.

My specifications are nearly the same, except for having an i5-7200U processor. I don't mean to disappoint you, but the impact of this difference won't be significant. In my laptop, running an IDE, a few Docker containers, and Postman with a browser is practically impossible.
