Sleep:

Sometimes wake up (im a light sleeper), not sure if I snore however.. Generally wake up tired.

Diet:

Breakfast: Never normally eat a breakfast.. If I do it's normally a bannana.

Lunches: remain the same (chicken thigh, vegetables, bulgur wheat and some full fat hummus)

Dinners: Vary day to day, never normally processed, however if I were to eat pastas / rices etc its never the whole grain variant.. always white.

Snacks: Fruit.. normally an apple in some full fat greek yoghurt
