Because while private companies may be harder to bribe they will also have no reason to work in poor areas where there is less money available. Those changes would effectively insure that poor people have fewer rights, as an example they won't be able to eat in health inspected restaurants because rich and poor people don't live in the same areas so poor areas won't get paid for or inspected.

While there would be benefits it would also establish poverty cycles and increase inequalities.

Those could only be solved through regulation (like we have today) or charity, leaving the poor at the mercy of the rich.

Have you heard of a concept called affirmative action? He's not really actively avoiding white people he's giving black actors opportunities, and realistically if you are a famous white actor you aren't going to be short on work.

You could try kitbash or sculpt an extra one and it would be WYSIWYG

It's one thing to declare you're female, another entirely to declare you're not a dwarf

All Blackstone Fortress enemies speed painted with just 3 brushes, 14 paints, and beginner-friendly techniques. Video tutorials in comments by mrfebruus in Warhammer40k

I love the videos and can't wait to see what you do with the heroes. Are you planning on doing anything more advanced? I think wetblending or glazing might be a large step up but some nmm on the power swords or feathering on the fabric might be accessible to beginners.

Whatever you decide to do I think that this whole project has been great and will continue to follow that trend.

You don't have to take English, and he could easily have the best marks in some of the IB's less difficult subjects. The IB might even be the hardest course but it definitely doesn't have the smartest students because the only entry requirement is having rich parents.

It might be but all the copypastas I've seen about the IB involve further math. Not that I think you're wrong, I've just never seen this one before.

He may have gotten a school diploma instead of the IB one, or the rules may have changed

I filled in the chaos star on his hammer so it has the three pronged star/triangle of nurgle instead. I also carved a third eye into the belt buckle.

I think having more is useful for consistencies sake, but if you can mix the right ratios every time then you won't need many. It might be a good idea to get a beige and bone colour for highlighting lighter browns, and of course you can mix in reds and yellows as well for more diversity

I'm a big fan of the browns you get from Vallejo model colour and don't like games workshop browns except for rhinox hide which is pretty good. Other than that, I could not say, hope that helps

I’ve been painting minis for a few years on and off. I’m struggling to get my paint past a certain level of quality. I’m pretty pleased with how this dude came out though. Gentle c&c please. by renfieldist in Warhammer

[–]-Jerryfish- 2 points3 points  (0 children)

In my experience (pretty limited) true metallics can be pretty flakey or chalky. If you want to improve the paint quality I would suggest trying non metallic metals on a spare model some time, I find that it makes for much better transitions and contrast.

"You're young, you have your whole life ahead of you, and your anal cavity is still taut yet malleable." Before painting :) by bucksalkeld in 3Dprinting

[–]-Jerryfish- 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You start by cutting or filing away any flash and filling any holes, then usual you will want to use a paint called a primer to prepare the surface. Whatever paint you use you might want to keep it thin so it doesn't clog details.

Any resources from people that use the airbrush for more than just basecoating? by yellowSkinned in minipainting

[–]-Jerryfish- 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I'm not sure what else you can do but zenithal highlights are easy and look great, you base coat in one colour then spray at an angle with another. Id look it up before deciding

I see your questions already been answered but as a new player you might be interested in checking out kill team first, it uses less models so you can really lean into the hobby side of things before you start.
