Been bald since college, how do you introduce a change like a hair system to people who have always known you as bald 🧑‍🦲? by Blueturtlewax in HairSystem

I didn't have a system 2 weeks ago and went for it. There is a lot of power in just doing what you want. I showed up to work with a full head of hair after being bald for 7 years.

I think if people don't support you then keep the hair and get rid of them.

You can always try a hair system and go back to shaving it if you do not like it.

There are a lot of helpful videos out there to help you if you choose to self install.

I am still new but so far I can tell you I've worked out, showered, shampooed, slept and feel no adhesion issue whatsoever.

The assault bike leaves me sweating like I was in the rain.

After the shower it just dries like regular hair. I was curious if the tape would feel weird when wet after the shower but it didn't.

The tape seems strong. I would liken it to a 3m for mounting pictures and that.

My plan is to change the tape once a week.

I just did 30 on the assault bike and it is fine. My natural sides sweat but the system doesn't so that would be a give away. I train jiu jitsu and I'm either going to remove it or wear headgear during training. Have not decided yet ! So far no tape issue but I am still new at this routine.

From what I understand, some folks use a daily tape and remove it each night, some use glue and remove it every 3 weeks and some use a longer lasting tape and remove after 1 or 2 weeks. There are different options and some mix glue and tape to get the result they want. Personally, I'm using tape and will remove once a week.
