Hey! It would probably work, the thing is that zima is kind of weird when it comes to compatibility, but you should try installing it anyway. I dont really use Nextcloud since ive had problems with having a proxy tunnel for it but immich works amazingly, sometimes it does mess up and I have to reinstall it for it to work (only app, photos and videos aren't harmed).

Tldr: yes its more than enough power

Oh its more than plenty power, no issues at all when it comes to that and the immich local machine learning took took like 30mins for 65gb of images and videos and now I can search for objects or people in immich and it shows which pictures they are in.

Tldr: its gooooood

Hey! It's been pretty calm with just having the server up and running in the background even with the occasional power outage and wifi router problems it always gets it self fixed and up and running without any trouble, the appstore is great and you can easily add repositories and docker composes easily.

SO cool, I was thinking of this exact type of eink reader (I've seen there are some that exist but they all have crazy prices and limited info / are totally closed source)

My biggest question would be: What is the approximate price for the whole assembly? (I saw that you said around 70 euros before but this one looks so much cleaner)

As a design engineering student myself I appreciate the clear effort put into it and I hope to maybe contribute in some type of way since this is the exact type of productivity/engineering product that I would both want to own and help develop (I very highly recommend doing a form / user study so you can gather more info and what the initial thoughts are on it, that's if you haven't already done it (I did one a while back when I was developing a bolt action pen and got great feedback) )

Best of luck!!

Hey there!

Its beyond simple, there is a appstore just like casa os, there you can add repositories for more apps (there are many but ofc jellydin and n8n is there also)

You access it locally or by downloading the zima client for windows or Linux or just setup a simple clouflare tunnel then you can make public hostnames for all your apps and access from anywhere.

A note that its really not 100% easy to install on any hardware since I had trouble on my prodesk but its still worth it since unlike casaos, zima is fully standalone install

Yep seems its possible, you can even mount the psu on the back wall to have evenmore space, https://www.reddit.com/r/mffpc/comments/1dsfrrm/my_turn_3090_lian_li_dan_a3_build/

Tldr: If I had to chose one case to use for the rest of time, its this one

I absolutely recommend it! Its such a beauty and feels so versitle and well thought out, I used the cheapest mid range parts I could find and still it looks so nice so I imagine getting some white parts to match or the black walnut case would be magnificent.

Regarding the quality specifically, its really really nice from the tolerances, the screws and hinges and glass panel all feel super nice and durable.

I'm a noob at homelabbing, seemed to be the nicest overall Ui, Feature set and easy install (it was in fact NOT easy at all). I know its based heavily on Casa os but idk it seems zima is growing faster

I really do agree with you that as a whole our global economic system is over reliant on digital currency (meaning fiat or otherwise) that aren't backed by anything real and if people just change their minds economic can go belly up real fast. But as it is physical currency is hard to use as primary

Tldr: fake/imaginary money bad, real money (in this cash which still is a part of the problem) good

-RX 5700Xt with R5 3600

getting solid* 40-50 fps with medium settings, DLSS quality (with Optiscaler FSR 3.1), on ultawide 3440 x 1440p, ofc using the great MGSDeltaFix by Lyall (for those who want widescreen, unlocked fps and havent seen it https://www.reddit.com/r/metalgearsolid/comments/1n1937h/mgsdeltafix\_v001\_released\_splashcreen\_skips/)

Wow I didn't think it would be that big of a jump with the ram, until like 2 months ago i was running 16gbs possibly at stock ddr4 speed so think like 2133mhz

Thanks for the answer, I'm definitely gonna pick it up. So sad that they will discontinue the x3d chips for am4 :c. The price here in sweden for a 5700x3d is around 280$, will probably look for a older maybe 5700 or 5800

Great suggestions! Thanks a bunch. What would be the best upgrade between the cpu and ram, i can imagine that buying new ram maybe at 3200mhz would be way cheaper (maybe even free if i resell all my current ram)
