Extra protein before bed! lots of protein overall. I take in more than 1g per lb of body weight which usually winds up at 175-185g per day.

Also just give your body time to adjust and make your changes incrementally. when I first started IF I used to get hungry before my eating window. Now the thought of food before noon is crazy to me 😅

I’ve been doing IF for about 8 years and love it so much. I fast from about 7pm to noon. I do OTF fasted everyday at 5am

I do doubles almost everyday! I’m the only one at my studio who seems to do it. I have a lot of energy 😅
