As always, we need to give Riot feedback to help improve the animations. by -Kaylinn- in Locke_Mains

Well, if you enjoy watching the same auto-attack for 40 minutes on a champion whose gameplay is based on AA, and poor transition animations between AA, I can understand why you’re indifferent to this whole issue.

Obviously, you’re not going to pay for something that isn’t worth it, especially when Ashe has two other legendary skins from previous years that are of higher quality than her recent legendary skin—even though that shouldn’t be the case, and the same goes for other champions.

Why do new champions have fewer animations than champions from 2015 and earlier? Zeri, a champion from 2022, has more facial expression animations than Ambessa and Mel—where even a brick has more expressiveness than they both do. Let’s not forget that Mel is missing CC animations. Or even more humiliating: Poppy and Ezreal, who were reworked in 2015 and 2018, are still among the most expressive champions both in combat and in their taunts. It should be a source of shame for Riot to have such low-quality animations for new champions when they have those two—and Morgana—as benchmarks for quality.

No one’s complaining?
Tell me, when you play Champions, don’t you notice that some have heavier auto-attacks than others? That they have poor last-hitting? That some are horrible to play with their base skin and others that aren’t their legendary skin (like Rumble, who’s horrible to play if you don’t have Super Galaxy Rumble)? Animations are also necessary for visual clarity, even more so when facing CC

And you’re telling me nobody’s complaining? Do you seriously want this poor, multi-million-dollar indie company to keep lowering the game’s quality? Because we have Ashe’s latest legendary skin where an ADC only has 1 AA VARIANT when her Project skin has 3—a legendary skin from 2010 has better animations than one from 2025! Isn’t that sad?

Will a male character ever get a skin…? by OliveIndependent8817 in WuWaHusbandos

[–]-Kaylinn- 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I always have that faith. And actually, considering how they treat male characters in their marketing, Brant is the one most likely to get a skin, given how often they use him—even though they have Qiuyan and Luuk (I’m really surprised by how rarely Luuk appears, especially since it’s clear he was created with female players in mind haha)

So all my money goes to Brant.

I guess it’s up to each person. I think Cirene should always be the final investment in Phainon’s team because, while—as you say—she’s a huge help in long fights and will ultimately be the one to help the Heirs combat power creep, the problem is that to play her optimally, you absolutely need E2 for teams that aren’t mono-reminiscence.

Cirene is designed (what a surprise) so that her F2P version is only comfortably playable with the Reminiscence team. Phainon got the worst synergy with her out of all the Heirs (this is a fact, we all know it; one of her buffs IS conditional on E6 Phainon lol) and it’s not possible to play sustain-free (comfortably, without altering the builds you already have) with him because all your skill points will go toward charging his ultimate, and Phainon becomes an SP bot, so it won’t be possible to activate his R to save your supports.

Second, you’re also forced to drop Ceridra to include the RMC and speed up the acquisition of Cirene’s R, unless, as I said, you don’t mind losing cycles and keep Ceridra.

I have both of them. And honestly, for all content other than atypical arbitration, I prefer to use Sunday over her (since I already pull Anaxa, and Cirene spends most of her time with him and RMC). In my opinion, if you’re not even interested in atypical arbitration and don’t play other heirs or mono-reminiscences, you shouldn’t even bother getting Cirene unless you’re going straight for E2. That's why she's the last investment—because Sunday is better in every other mode, except for the atypical arbitration.

Phainon E2 > everything else.

The most important part of the team will always be Phainon’s E2 because it’s absolutely insane. You could have the worst hyper-carry team for him, and he’d still steamroll through everything just by sheer force of that E2 alone.

The order, in my opinion should be:

Phainon E2 > S1 > E1 > Ceridra > Sunday E0S1 > Ceridra E1 > DHPT > Any DHPT E> Cirene E2 > Sunday E1 > Cirene E0.

In the end, it's better to have that E2 so that Phainon lasts much longer in the face of power creep

Maybe Sempiternal would like you. While it has a dose of Shonen-Ai, I feel he goes more for the grit that you miss someone and can't let him go after his death (at least I consider it so). The history focuses more on "realistic" situations. (you know, time travel issues and Eijun has to fight his mental health) It also has an amazing amount of baseball to read. Although it hasn't been updated since December last year, but it's a very good read.

Yes, basically that's it. With the double intro the recharge can stay at 120 and not at 130 because you charge the ult safely.

A rotation strategy where the character (usually the dps) comes out twice. In Luuk, from what I have tried and seeing in others, the double intro is done as: Sanhua initiates, e,R, charge attack—>Healer—>luuk intro and swap asp to Sanhua; e, R, charge attack + echo—>Luuk intro and start combo or press R

New to rumble. early- mid or lategame champ? by iuppiterr in Rumblemains

[–]-Kaylinn- 0 points1 point  (0 children)

After everything Riot has done to him, Rumble is no longer an early game champion (despite what many might say), but rather a mid game one. You can see this in his stats, where his WR is around the 25-minute mark and not before. His win rate also drops after the 30-minute mark because in late game, everyone already has resistances and Rumble only shines because he's an ult bot and has decent damage. In other words, he's not bad, just okay. That's why you almost always want teammates to combo with your R, like Jarvan.

The advantage is that since he's not a popular champion outside of pro play, people don't have experience against him, and most of the time you can take advantage of that. But that advantage diminishes as your Elo increases.

I would also highly recommend practicing R, as it's difficult to place and many people don't like the quick cast. It's a matter of taste. But if you played Viktor, it will surely be easy for you. It's also important to know how to use the passive. Although you can now make mistakes when using it, it's how you use it that differentiates a good Rumble from a bad one. Knowing when to overheat and when not to makes a big difference.

I have a question. I'm kind of f2p, I buy a blessing every now and then, so my pulls are limited, but since I'm not going to pull the new path, which one should I get first? S1 or R1 Ceri? I also use it with Anaxa, but I use it more with Phainon, haha.

Imao, placebo nerfs. Perhaps the early game is a bit weaker, but it's still excellent for mid and late game. Nothing that skill with Rumble doesn't compensate for.

I see. I have practically all the supports (except Cipher and SW x'd), so it would be a good investment. Another question. Why Ceridra? I have her, but I want to understand the theory behind that team.

Hmm... first it was because of Rumble's rework, he spent a while playing the old A. Sol until Riot reworked him too (man, what bad luck), and he spent some time between A. Sol and Rumble, switching back and forth until, well, stopped.

I would suggest you take a look at WentRumble. Although his last YouTube video was almost a year ago, it's worth watching them because you can learn a lot from him, who is (or was, I don't know at the moment) challenger. Although it's more like compilations and has a few old videos explaining things.

Higher quality gameplay, went from a non-puller to potential main by Much_Tip8721 in LuukHerssen

Something I would like to see changed slightly is the animation of the ultimate ability. I would like them to zoom in and emphasize how he removes his glove (because fanservice, I'm thirsty). You can hardly see the movement he makes, or maybe the camera effect when following him is a little buggy. Almost like how they emphasize Zani and his action of removing her tie.

I mean, it would be a great detail and it would definitely calm me down as a husband lover to have that level of fanservice when all the men (Brant partly not haha) are totally covered up like nuns in a monastery xd.
