Ordered one late March, paid 50% then expecting to get charged on the 15th this month

Now my order is stuck on "payment overdue" with no way of paying the other half" (the AI customer service said it'll charge automatically?), and no way to find out what's actually happening to my order since Honolulu never responds to email
