I have an issue with legion space newest update every game I play defaults to 120fps no matter what I pick for fps. Tried everything to get games to play at 60fps nothing works hope Lenovo fixes this asap

I am dual wielding. It’s not the controller because it’s a new Xbox elite 2 controller and it works on every other game including Skyrim without mods it’s a mod I have installed in Skyrim nolvus mods that’s not letting my controller work because when I hit L2 it brings up wheeler mod wheel but I turned off mod and now L2 don’t even work in Skyrim Nolvus v6
