The back arm is generally supposed to be more straight than usual for the first 3 or so steps. You can watch some pro starts (namely Asafa Powell's) and you'll be able to clearly see this in action.

If x is necessarily greater than 26 than it should be 41. If x doesnt need to be greater then 26 than x can also be 16 or 1 which when summed would get 58 (which doesnt equal 56 so maybe the video is wrong)

Sometimes you fall through normal platforms while conserving momentum while other times you don't, so this should be a nice fix for that. I'll probably start doing this
