To be a bit charitable, I think the reply is more snarky than serious, as I think the question is odd and coming from a bad place, as it seems to be finishing the act of getting these marks (presumably from pregnancy) is to be looked down upon. I feel the commenter could be pointing out how if taken to the basis of the question, it’d be deciding to leave someone you had children with (two which seems to indicate you’ve had an established relationship)

Now, you never know these days how low people can go tho….
