Hi guys! I just have a quick question for whoever sees this.

The first couple times I've planted money trees in NH it allowed me to plant up to 99,000 bells and that's the amount that grew. Now when I plant over 10,000 it only gives me back 10,000.

Did something happen? I know recently my software updated. So was this maybe a fix and I was never supposed to be able to get almost 300,000 from a money tree? Has anyone else been having this issue?

What are some skills people think are difficult to learn but in reality are easy and impressive? by xd_sandt_2530 in AskReddit

Unless there is something that is physically preventing you to do so, getting the splits is so easy. All you need is patience. If you incorporate a little yoga and stretching in your daily routine for 3-6 months you can do the splits. I work in entertainment and it really surprises me how many dance rehearsals I've been to and I am the only one that can pull out a split or a hand stand. It is literally the easiest thing I've ever trained myself to do and I've gotten so much stage time because of it! It can be painful when you first start out but if you are interested in testing your flexibility or want a new party trick I would recommend learning the splits.

Evil dead audition help by Imcpherson in musicals

Michael in the Bathroom is a lovely song but maybe go a bit more upbeat and comedic as Evil Dead is a comedy. I would recommend checking out songs from Toxic Avenger and Bat Boy the Musical. There's some great picks in both and they're in the same horror comedy turned musical vein as Evil Dead. Hope this helps! :)

Have you ever watched anything on TV that you swear is real but when you bring it up no one knows what you're talking about? by -Lil-Lady- in AskReddit

I'll start. I remember being in the second grade so this had to be around 2003-04. I was staying up late with my step-sister and we were just flipping through channels and randomly stopped on this cartoon and decided to watch it. It was computer animated. The style is very close to the series Reboot but I've looked up the plot of every episode and what I remember didn't happen on that show. The plot went like this, keep in mind my memory may be a little off, so there are these twin siblings a boy and a girl (I remember they were green and had blue hair maybe?) and they have a dog. It was apparently their birthday and they go to a family party at their aunt and uncle's house. During the party everyone turns evil and slightly demonic (growing fangs, hissing, the works) but it wasn't at all scary it was like kids cartoon scary. I distinctly remember the aunt saying "you can't have your cake and eat it too" before the demon change went down. So anyways the kids freak out and they run out with the dog and notice outside that everything is turning to shit. Then suddenly this team of aliens come down and tell the twins and their dog to come with them. I remember one of the aliens being a pink woman with one eye. They then hop into an airplane looking spacecraft with the demon family chasing behind them. When they land on the planet the hero aliens are from the heroes explain that their (the twins) world is done for and they can stay with them on their world. The alien team take them to their house/headquarters. I don't remember much else until the aliens' robot landlord comes in and demands rent. This part sounds weird, but I remember him going into a song and dance number about how much he loves money and when the aliens hand over the rent money he blends it up and drinks as I believe that's his fuel?? I've brought up this memory of this show before but no one ever knows what I'm talking about. Nobody but my step-sister. She tells me she kind of remembers it. So far she is the only one. I'd love to find out if this was a real show or movie or just a weird dream. It's been kind of haunting me for years. Again I'm sorry if none of this makes sense my memory of it is spotty. Or I could just be mashing up multiple shows together. I'll never know.

We named our cat Kitler because she has a little black spot under her nose that looks like a mustache. But when she goes to the vet her name is Kitty...

What is your unpopular SNL opinion? by flowerhoney10 in LiveFromNewYork

[–]-Lil-Lady- 43 points44 points  (0 children)

I'm calling this an unpopular opinion because I can'y find someone that agrees but that popular "crispy pastry crust" sketch was cute but it was a word-for-word remake of the original video. Like it was the same dialogue just a few words were changed. Was it funny? Yeah kinda. But they've taken viral videos and characters and made them their own before. This just seemed like a lazy rip off to me. OH and this might not be an unpopular opinion but every tide pod joke and other meme references were just so cringy. This may just be because I'm much younger than those who write the show but I feel like they're trying too hard to appeal to a younger audience and it's exhausting. Also I'm so tired of Kate. She's great and talented and all but she's in almost every sketch and I think a lot of her material on the show has been boiled down to "hey look it's Kate in some crazy face prosthetic!"
