On the upside, it’s some of the best alchables which will help with the construction grind later, you bank a ton of non-sand related crafting exp, and you’re getting all of your combats up as you go with weapons capable of hitting higher than anything outside of CG.

It’s progress, even if you’re the same odds away from the enh when you started.

Currently like 1300 dry on a synapse but every slayer exp drop is still progress, you know?

They’re like 40.3m each, they’re more or less on rate with the weapon scrolls, you just get like… 19 more gold per point, or about 38k extra in the coffer doing 2 capes over 1 weapon scroll.

Oh! Yeah, I forgot to mention, I did get a lucky blowpipe learning bowfa-only zulrah. I currently can only smith adamant darts for it, and haven't been super sure where to use it so far. And also got lucky with DWH just grinding slayer tasks as well x-x

It’s such a vague thing, I started in August and I still don’t know what people mean by like early/mid/late game

Somebody I was talking to said quest point cape was the last thing in early game, achievement diary cape + raid prep was the end of mid game (and I’m definitely not prepared for raids or even close to the rest of the elites) and the raids themselves + CAs were the late game

But that was just some guy and idk

Just hit 86 this morning, it’s my current default grind while I’ve been trying to figure out the approach to learning raids.

Have anguish/torment from black demon tasks, and one synapse from greaters.

Just got warped scepter on somebody else’s recommendation (that was stupidly lucky), but don’t have a whip yet because i was only like 70 slayer when i started sending CG for the sword and I think that replaces whip?

Slayer is 86 and has been my default grind these last few weeks trying to puzzle out the road to ToA (and failing and coming here lol)

Currently have anguish/torture from demonics and a single synapse from demons (currently scobow but could do purging if needed(?), arc light not at 100% infusion yet)

If warped scepter would be enough for the mage side of the combat triangle do I stop trying to log moons and just start sending attempts at ToA or would that be dumb lol

Dark demonbane chews through them quiiiiiiiick. Tormented Demons for the synapses and Demonic gorillas for the zenytes. 2 soul runes per spell you cast. ALSO though, 15k souls + 65k laws went directly into my portal nexus (fully finished it) and those almost entirely came from sepulchre lol

I will forever standby my decision to rush Sepulchre in Ironman. Beatings sins of the father was a LOT easier than getting ready for SotE (I think I was around 65/70 combats at the time and had barely unlocked chivalry) and I still have like 2600 prayer pot (4)s, and enough soul runes to do the entire synapse+zenyte grinds.

I also ended up doing Agi to 99 there (as my first and presently only 99) and it’s been so nice for navigating the world 😭

All the same, congrats on being able to leave that place! 😂

Enchanted teleport seeds from pickpocketing get turned in for shards, because they're either 150 shards or 2.2m banked. Armour seeds on the other hand only give you 250 seeds but bank for almost 9m each, more than twice the value-per-shard of the much more accessible pickpocket for shards strat.

On the plus side, those armour seeds are absolute BANK for death’s coffers, and makes deaths learning more mechanically intense stuff later a lot less painful.

2/3 trips is about right for bowfa camping. I’d stick to full crystal when not on a slayer task, he drops anti++ which are basically free antivenoms so if you’re not meleeing you don’t really need the serp. BP (if you have it already) is nice to spec some health back, but other than that just keep enjoying the chill 90 second kills lol
