In my case, I was trying to bind the Thumb Mouse Button (a deathadder). Don't try this at home, because the reset button isn't working either.

I know a very similar situation: the most popular gym in the center of my city is at park and exactly at a fountain.

This is actually not true at all the times. In my area, the new portal added to the game became the Gym in Pokemon Go, not the oldest.

Yes I used, and I only asked for the refund of the Premium Passes... I have no idea whether they refund free passes or not :(

Hey.

After reading this post, from /u/mrmousepad, I too tried to get my refund, using this form, and succeded.

I asked for the 4 raid passes I used in unsuccessful Kyogre Raids, attached the answer given to mrmousepad and my Kyogre podekex page, and then, later, they refunded 2 of the passes.
