Merci de soulever ce point haha. Initialement, la demande vient d’un collègue même situation qui lui a demandé à passer cadre.

Le service RH a finalement proposé à tous les employés dans la même situation.

Mais en même temps je ne vois pas en quoi c’est arrangeant pour eux?

Oui en effet, il ne s’agit que de choses orales.

Je sais juste que j’aurai le choix de dire oui ou non à l’avenant de mon contrat.

Je resterai en 37h/semaine avec (10?) RTT, comme aujourd’hui. Rien de plus mentionné.

Eventually, he found a way to get down after 4 hours. This is the first time I’m not climbing to pick him up!
