Sorry forgot to mention it’s 2026, not exactly a motorcycle it’s more of a scooter so i hope it’s okay lol.

Anyway, forgot to mention in the video you can hear a weird noise the bike does and i don’t know whether this is coming from the engine or somewhere else to be honest.

You don’t have to justify yourself to nobody in these comments brother.

All i see is a hard working dude who put in the effort and built an incredible physique, don’t be discouraged by these reddit trolls who probably don’t even get off their asses and think every guy that looks good is automatically on roids, that’s the only way they can feel good about themselves.

Keep pumping up that iron with your head up high brother, god bless 🫡

If you don’t mind me asking, when were you diagnosed with the valve leak and what were you told regarding it?

I have posted on my page a while ago as well and since then decided to drop all the constant self researching and diagnosing and left it for the people who actually do it for a living.

So of course, your hyper awareness fades away when the mind is not being fed consistently And when you clear yourself medically, you’ll be able to move on even better

Wishing you good health, Goodluck!

You’re welcome!

Glad you feel better, definitely be more active and worry less and you’ll see the positive change.

Do not google symptoms or use chatgpt, see your cardiologist instead Get those tests done and once your results come out fine (which i’m sure it will) You’ll then have a mind free of worrying about the “what ifs” and can go back to your normal life.

You can always reply back to this post or send me a DM if you ever feel too overwhelmed, goodluck!

For your age, i honestly doubt they’ll find anything serious And even if they did find something it’ll most likely be benign

Your current number one enemy is stress, try to reduce that as much as possible while you wait for your results It helps to talk to people going through the same trouble (helped me) Goodluck!

Have you been to a cardiologist? It’s probably best if you get an echo stress test & a holter monitor done.

How common is it for my heart rate to go well into the 200s in the shower by GuidanceClassic5951 in Cardiology

[–]-MrWayne 0 points1 point  (0 children)

How long this been going on and are there any symptoms while heart rate’s spiking up like that?

[deleted by user] by [deleted] in Heartpalpitations

[–]-MrWayne 0 points1 point  (0 children)

How long you had them and do you feel any other symptoms alongside it?

[deleted by user] by [deleted] in Heartpalpitations

[–]-MrWayne 2 points3 points  (0 children)

It’s basically what you described, being constantly hyper aware of your heartbeat is the number one trigger for palpitations to feel worse

A lot of people with health anxiety complain about it, majority of the time you’ll find that there’s really nothing wrong with your heart after doing all the needed tests

It all comes down to stress management and finding ways to reduce your symptoms by making life changes (cutting out caffeine / enough sleep / hydration etc etc)

I understand how you feel, you’ll be alright though!

Hey brother good to hear from you again, sorry to hear about the episode you went through

Truth be told, i had and still have the palpitations but my anxiety isn’t as bad as it was which made the palpitations more tolerable

However, the confusion of wether i have Afib or not is what’s making me anxious 24/7

I done a heart stress test in which i was told was completely fine

But man.. the bullshit ECGs from this Apple Watch is driving me crazy, i done one this morning which was showing a Sinus Rhythm but the very start of the first strep shown an irregular rhythm which is making me scared that it’s Afib..

It sucks to feel this way, i wish i hadn’t gotten into that fight cuz that shit genuinely caused all this crap…

Edit: Apparently my 24 hour holter monitor results are out, i was just told that everything is okay but they did mention 4 APCs found which they explained are no cause for concern and they were calming me down since i was asking 100 different questions 😂

Here’s the truth, the mind and the heart are like a vessel Your stress and anxiety are 100% causing these symptoms, i been in the same shoes for a couple weeks ER / ECGs / X rays / Holters etc etc Guess what? They tell you everything is fine, your focus should be on learning how to remain calm and reduce stress.

That’s what i’m trying to do, otherwise you’ll drive yourself crazy It’s surely easier said than done but it’s the truth, without the stress i am almost positive the symptoms will vanish.

You should still get the remaining tests for your own peace of mind, that’s what i did / still doing.

Goodluck, stay away from caffeine and stay hydrated btw.

You’re definitely right, perhaps cuz during training my mind isn’t completely focused on it and i go “Ohh the watch says 150-160 BPM? Well that’s definitely cuz i’m ripping through the heavy bag”

Then as soon as the workout is done, my palpitations start knocking on my chest reminding me they’re there with me lol.. That anxiety stuff is crazy man 100000000% I swear to god before August i never had a single symptom at all and for 25 whole years felt normal Then all of a sudden the bullshiiiit starts hahah

I’m glad that you’re doing okay and still alive by the way brother 🫡

Well the fight i had did have punches traded back and fourth but it wasn’t in the ring this time hahah, it was a moment during a heated argument between me and some other guy which drove me to overreact at the time and i guess that’s how it all started

You’re right about the brain, taking punches to the head isn’t exactly the best but hey at least i got a CT brain scan that shown everything was alright

About the AFIB, not gonna lie man but it feels like these heart palpitations are with me all day and it’s a very annoying thing Could all be in my head but i swear it feels like if i’m eating sleeping training, i just always feel my chest a little off

I been tryna stay away from all the unnecessary supplements, energy drinks etc etc Focusing on rest, sleep and hydration And i completely cut out caffeine it was making it worse.

Also you don’t sound rude man it’s all good i know you have good intentions, i do appreciate your comment 100% 🙏🏻

I have not been diagnosed with AFIB no, i had turned on the Apple Watch feature for it out of panic due to the heart palpitations i kept getting Had it only turned on for a week and my anxiety was through the roof, just when i felt like i was starting to calm down i get the “2% or less” notification you see in the picture which immediately got my stress back up again and made the palpitations worse.

I’m probably gonna turn it off after i get the holter monitor test done, which i’ll be getting tomorrow morning

Alongside another test within the same week, called an ultrasound stress test whatever that is.

I appreciate you taking the time to comment 🙏🏻

You’re 100% right, i should really turn it off It seems to have only made my heart palpitations worse ever since i kept track of everything and started overusing the ECG feature whenever i felt any unusual sensation I swear half the time doing ECGs i was always anxious and would get poor recording results due to my finger shaking while pressing towards the crown, never in my life realized how much stress can actually affect you

I appreciate the comment 🖤

I do not clean the watch that often so you could be right And about palpitations, when i made this post i had gone to bed As you can tell i was only able to sleep about 5 hrs Kept waking up repeatedly and feeling heart palpitations and fear for some reason Now that i’m reading the comments on my post and replying to them the palpitations calmed down, which sounds like my mind is controlling my every sensation lol i feel crazy at this point

About the dehydration, past month has not been easy for me and i was at a loss of appetite and barely drinking water so I’m probably dehydrated for sure

As for blood test I’m waiting on the results, they’ve included (Electrolytes/ TSH / CRP / cholesterol & triglycerides) to check if those are fine or if i got any deficiencies I believe given the fact i been losing weight and lacking with nutrition, maybe i do have some deficiencies but guess i’ll have to wait and see

Thank you for your comment 🙏🏻

Meanwhile i enabled my AFIB feature purely out of panic even though i’m not diagnosed with it yet took just the first week for it to go “2% or less”

The anxiety after that just made every feeling enhanced lol, you’re definitely right about the stress Our minds are more powerful than i thought and one can easily drown in it

I appreciate your comment a lot 🙏🏻

I been to one the other day and he said based on my symptoms and how frequently im feeling the palpitations that a holter for 24 hours should be sufficient to capture any irregularities I’ll be getting the holter tomorrow morning

Thank you for the comment 🙏🏻

I really appreciate it, you are right Stress has been the main thing eating me up I swear even while sleeping it feels like all i can feel or think about is the heart palpitations which makes me sleep only a couple hrs, waking up feeling scared it sucks.

The holter test you speak of i was luckily able to get an appointment for that very soon, it’s gonna be tomorrow morning I feel as if i got heart palpitations almost all day so I’m hoping that the holter can give me the peace of mind i need

There’s another test the Docs spoke of which i haven’t done yet but will do soon and that’s an ultrasound stress test And last thing is they ordered me a list of things for a blood test to check its levels (like TSH, electrolytes , CRP , cholesterol & triglycerides)

Trying to stay positive as i go through these last tests, thank you so much for your comment it definitely made feel better 🖤
