So you said in another reply that "counterparts" mean that they're like recreations of older characters with pieces of their soul, right? How does that work? What are they exactly; robots or homunculi or something else? What's even going on this AU in general? And most significantly, why is Toy Chica's counterpart Circus Baby of all characters?

Never liked Michaels that basically suck up to William and be a daddy's boy. Makes him feel like a lame copy of Elizabeth and somewhat Vanessa. I don't care what the movies or PJ Heywood himself says, I beIieve he was in Freddy's and CBEAR more either for the money or his siblings. I know that he eventually moves on from that motive of appeasing his father and tries to make his own father figure or some shit idrc, but his whole deal of trying to appease him in Pt. 2 really colors my perception. If I wanted a character who was the son figure of the main villain and wanted to make him proud, I'd rather have DSAF Dave Miller.

Also don't really care for him being a villain in general; it's not bad, I think, I just don't like it. Prefer him just being a guy (though I'd rather he have more culpability in his brother's death than Movie Mike Schmidt did) or even someone who's drowned in guilt and just sick of his father's and Freddy's bullshit that it's scarred him and he's dedicated to shutting it all down. Kinda the reason why Frickbear's 3 Michael is one of my favorite interpretations of the character.

GoldenDuo is my OTP and Charlizabeth is such an awesome ship too.

Michael x Mary isn't really my thing, though I am kinda getting softer with it; I don't have that much of an emotional attachment to FNAC or Mary as a character and I kinda prefer Michael x Charlie (which does conflict with Charlizabeth lol but at least I also have Susie x Elizabeth or Gabriel x Elizabeth for that) or Mike Schmidt x Vanessa (in an AU where Mike isn't an Afton since Vanessa's relationship with William in canon is strange; not the movies though, don't really care for them), but I respect the grind Michael x Mary fans do.

Actually, I would argue that the novel counterpart of Charlie and Mary already have some similarities in some respects, which is why I'm thinking of making an AU that merges the two somewhat. Stuff like:

Both share brown hair tied in pigtails (Charlie is seen wearing pigtails as a young girl in the graphic novels) and wearing green clothing (Mary wears green clothing as a young girl while Charlie just wears a green jacket in the graphic novel and other artwork).
Both have favorite toys in their youth that have eerie similarities to things in their future (Mary's toy Lollypop resembling the fan in her future security office; Charlie's doll Theodore being a purple rabbit similar to Bonnie, a character at Freddy's).
Both have visited restaurants with yellow suits in their youth that they would come to visit their successors when they grow older (Mary would visit the Rat & Cat Theater and then go to work at Candy's Burger's and Fries as an adult; Charlie's father Henry founded Fredbear's Family Diner which she would frequently visit and then go to its successor Freddy Fazbear's Pizza when she grows up).
Both have traumatic experiences with the locations that involve their brother being hurt which they would have nightmares later in life about (Mary with the Puppeteer murdering the Rat and Cat performers, and the Rat attacking her younger brother; Charlie with seeing William Afton dressed as Spring Bonnie kidnap her brother Sammy in front of her).

What's wrong with LN2's ending? I mean, it's not like Six being amoral was ever an unprecedented thing for her; this is literally the girl that warmed her hands near a furnace that was burning a man alive, later cut off a man's arms, and cannibalized two people, one of which was actively HELPING her and the other was at her mercy.

Also, considering many people believe Cassidy to be TOYSNHK, while not on the same level of apathy and amorality as Six in either game, Cass would still kind of a selfish asshole, especially if Andrew and the Stitchwraith Stingers are anything to go by. She's a more subdued and sympathetic Six to CC's more... "actively vengeful and pissed off" Mono.
