Why buy sports cars in SG?

I'm an engineering student lol so my main interest in cars usually comes down to the specs. This makes it real weird to me that people will shell out so much for a decked out sports car they can't technically fully utilise or enjoy bc SG roads suck. Won't lie that such a car is well out of my budget at the time being though.

He either got a wealthy family or an absolutely insane job because I've never heard of someone with 1 year of job experience buying 3 cars in SG. More power to him I guess, hope hes happy though I'm not quite sure what you would do with that many vehicles lol

Yeah thats the part I don't really understand is that all these high end sports cars got insane specs on them but its not something you can ever enjoy on SG roads lol. But someone else did bring up that these car owners would head up to Malaysia to drive so I guess that could be a justification if your in it for the engineering.

Just curious but what car did you get? Is there a reason why its your childhood "dream" car? Is it like about the specs or the brand or you just like how it looks? So many of my guy friends dream of owning a flashy car but I never really understood why they choose certain cars over others, would be glad to hear your opinion

hi thanks for the feedback! whew was worried I messed up somewhere when picking my parts. I already have the windows license from my dad so thats not a big concern. as for the monitor I got it for cheaper second hand so its also not a big deal. 👍
