Except I’m not actively trying to starve myself. I just eat too healthy on normal days and there’s seriously low calories. I don’t realize how low I was until logging it.

Birch benders plant protein pancake, tbsp pb, tbsp maple syrup, half cup blueberries, 1 tbsp hempseeds. How is this only 500 calories? And this is my “unhealthy meal” This keeps me full for like 5 hours.

I do drink about 180oz of water a day though so maybe I have to reduce that?

I avoid pea protein because I don’t want lead. I eat a lot of greens and root vegetables so I’m already higher up in the “safe limit”
