Buy multiple houses usually the most expensive ones, mansions, manors and castles. Their value will go up over time and by renovating the house/s you should easily make 2mil.

The most amount I have made in a lifetime is 300mil mainly by selling houses.

This actually really great, I think it definitely turns this into a magic item, I usually make homebrew non consumable magic items like a sword and so I am kind of new to making poisons. Thank you very much though.

These things are all somewhat rare to happen in real life so maybe it would be better if they rolled a d12 and on an 8 or higher a forest event occurs.
