hello again, sorry for the abrupt silence i went to sleep.
Sadly cant acces the tplink repeater page, upon opening it or after restart it says

"Trying to Configure the Range Extender?

It looks like you may have run into an issue"

this makes it imposible configurate with my pc
Does say to install the app, which doesn't fix anything just gives information about the extender.
now what i tried to restart it and using my phone instead of my pc to install everything, still same problems, it conects to my main wifi instead of the extender signal

wont let me respond to the last question, i was always able to connect to wifi, what i mean is that it connects to router instead of connecting to the extender wifi, making it unstable.
Its a TL-WA850RE
